Stanley Celestin

Stanley Celestin is a first year PhD student in computer science at Cornell Univeristy with interests in human robot interaction and formal methods. Prior to Cornell, Stanley attended the Univeristy of Florida where he obtained a degree in computer engineering. At UF, Stanley worked with Dr. Juan E. Gilbert in the human experience research lab. Stanley Celestin is recipient of the Cornell Sloan Fellowship. Outside of research Stanley is an avid basketball player, and enjoys spending time with Family.



Mentorship has played a vital role in my success. I want to return the favor for others. Get advice about getting through an undergraduate degree in engineering and advice about going to graduate school. I also look for opportunities to engage young students by sharing my story to inspire them.
